Dear all, After a lot of checking and checking I still have this problem. I removed T4 and did dubble check. I did replace the coax cable by a teflon coax cable. I did set R26 and R27 to 43K. Sometimes when turning C1 it is possible to set 1.0-1 but than it reduces the power to 0 watts. After switching off and on again the display is saying Hi Curr again. Don, Do you know what the resistance is between ground and SO239 antenna jack center? With power on the K2 it is zero ohms with J1 connected to the K2. Koert, That is normal. Dear all, I just finished my KPA100. I do have the following problem with the first steps connecting the KPA100 to my K2 #05618. I've connected the ribbon cable, speaker and RF connector to my K2. Koert, Make a quick continuity check first - from the center conductor of the J1 coax to the center of the SO239 antenna jack. There should be continuity on all bands (the ribbon cable should be connected for this test). Next, be certain R26 and R27 are set at their midpoint.
