[Elecraft] Fix for Gamma HPS PSu's

Hi,

Those of you having trouble with audio noise from Gamma HPS 1A  Psu the 
following from the manufacturers:--


 Some of our production units were shipped with slight instability in the 
switching power supply control loop.  A surface mount resistor needs to be 
changed to a new value.  If you have access to 0805 resistors and tools to 
replace them on printed circuit boards, you will need to access the bottom of 
the switching power supply PCB and change resistor R25 from 2000 ohms to 2700 
ohms.  This will stop the high pitched sound.

They are very apologetic and hope its works

Thank you Paul, G3SEM, for your advice.
0805 resistor R25 changed from 2k to 2k7.
A work of 10 minutes.
Portable PSU is now ready and waiting my K3.
