Roger,

Yes, I believe the KEYOUT-LP is active even though TX INH is asserted.
To test your sequencer, I strongly recommend using TX TEST - no RF is 
transmitted, but all controls will occur normally allowing you to test 
the sequencer timings in detail.

[Elecraft] K3: Sequencer Operations.

Can someone advise me if the KEYOUT-LP will still activate if the TX-INH is low 
(on the K3 ACC socket), I am looking for suitable way of introducing a 
sequencer into the keying chain, mostly to bypass mast head pre amplifiers. If 
any one has any suggestions I would be grateful to take them on board.
