[Elecraft] KX3 KXBC3 Display Backlight State During Charge
Hi - I received and installed my new KXBC3 a week or two ago, and have noticed that the backlight stays on during charge when I turn the radio off. I know I can go into the settings and turn off the backlight then turn the radio off, but I think it would be nice to have an option that does that automatically. Does anyone know a way to disable the backlight only during charge. In the current firmware, the backlight will follow the state set in the menu. If it's off, it's off during charge. If on, it's on during charge. I kind of like it being on during charge. It reminds me the rig is actively doing something. Perhaps a future version of firmware may provide a user-selectable option.
