[Elecraft] LED bulbs & more

Most of them we use for lighting don't bother my K3. Two in one
bathroom do. Especially 15m & 6m. I have both generic & Cree bulbs in
use. If there's LEDs made anywhere but China I've not found them. 

On 15m & 6m it's bad enough I make sure they are off before chasing
weak DX.

I believe the VP8 Dxped is running K3s. The standard these days. One
of them they're using on SSB has what I'd call 'mushy' audio. Others
have noticed it too. Whether it's mis-set or the generators I don't
know.

Still very readable but not quite right. 

Using the K line [ minus the p3] here.

Please forgive a really stupid question, but woulda High Hat fixture (like 
the ones that were justinstalled in the ceiling of our recently 
renovatedkitchen) be considered an enclosed luminary in this context?
My XYL and I considered putting in LED lamps/bulbsat that time, but when I went 
shopping at our localhome improvement stores, I became very apprehensive...
Luckily, the shack (which is in the garage) is rightoff of the kitchen, so any 
RFI will be resolved easily :-)
