ARRL uses Interbridge, not Yahoo:
$ host -t mx arrl.net
arrl.net mail is handled by 10 ganymede.interbridge.net.
arrl.net mail is handled by 10 callisto.interbridge.net.
arrl.net mail is handled by 10 mimas.interbridge.net.
