I think there cat pictures are GREAT :-) I bought a used drake receiver from them and it was not a low ball price but the receiver ( SW-8 ) works fine and looked like new. I was able to actually talk to the guy in charge of the used equipment and got a real good description of the condition of what I wanted to buy. I am very happy with my dealings with Universal Radio ! They're about a three hour drive from here. I make the occasional pilgrimage. Hi, I've dealt with them and if there was a question I just called them on their 800 number. I really can't complain. I do know they are 7 to 10 days behind right now because of Christmas.
