I am using a Aircable device:

there are others on the market of course.
Another one I tried: 
http://www.blueserial.de/

I use these devices for a wireless connection to my Ptc-2 controllers. 
It eleminates the problem of RF into the serial cable.

You can purchase many rs232 to Bluetooth adapters.   Do a search on the net 
for rs232 to Bluetooth.
