Ian,
We'll try to duplicate this exact scenario, and will get back to you
shortly. My initial take on it is that you may need to do TUNE at 50 W
to calibrate the power level (this must be done on all bands, at both 5
and 50 W).

meter. On SSB I get about 40-50W showing on peaks for a setting of
120W. This is the same whether into my trusty old Sommercamp YP-150Z

tuned dipole. This is also with the TXG VCE set to +3dB!
