Jim, Those are the 5 kHz transitions from the PLL.
First check the resistance across RFC15 on the bottom of the RF Board - it should be quite low. If it is open and you do not have an immediate replacement, place a shorting jumper across it. If RFC15 is OK and you still have the clicks, re-run CAL PLL.
