Re: [Elecraft] Keyers
Very easy to build Dave. I like the keyboard keyers from K1EL as I am still horrendously poor with paddles. It doesn't help much with a straight key, but did improve my typing skills dramatically ;o) 73, Julius David Wilburn wrote: I would be interested in peoples experience with the K1EL keyer. Re: [Elecraft] Keyers
Hello: I'd also put my vote in for WinKeyUSB. I purchased it primarily for Field Day and N1MM last year. It was supposed to be a backup, but we ended up using it the entire time. The kit was easy to put together and has worked very well for me for nearly a year. The price is right and it interfaces easily with N1MM. All you need to set is a couple of N1MM check boxes. Yes, there are more options, but we didn't seem to need them. Re: [Elecraft] Keyers
Dave, Both the K1EL WinKey and K12 keyers support Ultimatic mode. If you don't need the computer/logging link that WinKey offers, I suggest you try the K12, it is inexpensive and does the job. 73, Don W3FPR David Wilburn wrote: I would be interested in peoples experience with the K1EL keyer.
