I adjusted the description of the process on the SODA page<http://wiki.electorama.com/wiki/SODA_voting_(Simple_Optionally-Delegated_Approval)>to integrate two of the minor "optional rules" (slightly modified) and discard the third optional rule. Thus there is now only one official version of SODA.
