If I used this in 2 Elm applications running at once, by which I mean 2 Elm.Mains on the same page, would this allow messages to flow between the 2 applications? Or would there be 2 effect manager instances created, which are isolated from each other? I suppose I should just try it and see what happens. The reason I ask is because of the Elm + Polymer experiments I did previoulsy, where I implemented a Polymer webcomponent in Elm then embedded the component in a containing Elm application.
