[Em28xx] Problems with latest kernel
Hey people, this is my first post, i hope i'm not asking something that has already been answered. I'm using Fedora 7 and a Pinnacle PCTV USB2 device. When i first got the device, i was using kernel 2.6.21 and (to my amazement) the device worked out-of-the-box the first time i plugged it in! I use tvtime as a TV viewer. I recently run "yum update" which installed the latest 2.6.22 kernel and since then my Pinnacle PCTV USB2 is broken. When tvtime starts, i can see the 'current' channel, but once i switch 1-2 channels then it dies and all i see is grey static. Which can only be solved if i remove the device from the USB, reboot the system (or rmmod/modprobe the em28xx driver) and start over again. No matter what i do, i can only see the default channel the first time, once i switch channels the driver breaks and all i get is static. Please help!
