Other have already made some excellent suggestions.  About multiple
system issue: you could look at a web based password manager like
passpack.com or such.

"C-c a t" should show all the TODO items.  You may also want to
take a look at "org-agenda-todo-ignore-deadlines",
"org-agenda-todo-ignore-scheduled" and
"org-agenda-todo-ignore-with-date" as well.

Two cents.

Image files in PDF format can be processes with pdfimages(1) and
extracted into jpg format for inclusion in HTML.
