It looks like https://orgmode.org/worg/org-tutorials/org-R/tmp.html is a
draft of https://orgmode.org/worg/org-tutorials/org-R/org-R.html.
tmp.html/tmp.org is also not referenced from anywhere.

Should we remove it?
