[O] org-plot jumps over empty columns
Hi, this is my first post to this newsgroup and it is a negative one (bug report)! :-( So I start with sending my kudos to all developers. Big thanks! :-) Problem: It seems that org-plot/gnuplot assumes there is a non-empty value on each row of the table. Org-plot/gnuplot jumps over empty columns and picks up the value from the first non-empty column when executed. In the example below where column 7 should be plotted, the last two values are taken from column 8. If I change the column to be plotted from 7 to 8, all values are taken from column 9. Test also plotting column 11 or 12. -example--example--example--example- #+PLOT: set:xdata time #+PLOT: set:timefmt '%Y-%m-%d' #+PLOT: set:format x '%b %Y' #+PLOT: set:y2tics #+PLOT: set:xtics rotate #+PLOT: set:grid #+PLOT: set:key outside right #+PLOT: title:Energi ind:1 deps:(7) type:2d with:lines #+PLOT: labels:(datum MW m**3 delta_t in ut natt dag ute daglig el vatten per vecka ute 14) | datum | MW | m**3 | delta_t | in | ut | natt | dag | ute | daglig | el | vatten | vecka | ute 14 | |+-+--+-+++--+-+-+++--+---+| | 2008-01-20 | 0.9 | 22 |32.3 | 77 | 44 | 45 | | 1 || -15562 | 247.9692 | 0.10 | -0.93 | | 2008-01-21 | 0.9 | 23 |37.4 | 82 | 45 | 47 | | -1 | 0.00 | | | 0.12 | -1.79 | | 2008-01-22 | 1.1 | 26 |40.8 | 79 | 39 | 45 | | 0 | 0.20 | | | 0.12 | -1.71 | | 2008-01-23 | 1.2 | 29 |33.6 | 78 | 44 | 47 | | -1 | 0.10 | | | 0.12 | -1.64 | | 2008-01-24 | 1.3 | 32 |40.7 | 81 | 40 | 44 | | -2 | 0.10 | | | 0.12 | -1.57 | | 2008-01-25 | 1.4 | 35 |40.2 | 77 | 38 | 46 | | 0 | 0.10 | | | 0.12 | -1.36 | | 2008-01-26 | 1.5 | 38 |35.7 | 76 | 40 | 36 | | 0 | 0.10 | | | 0.12 | -1.21 | | 2008-01-27 | 1.6 | 41 |36.0 | 78 | 41 | 41 | | -3 | 0.10 | | | 0.12 | -1.07 | | 2008-01-28 | 1.8 | 44 |42.6 | 89 | 46 | | 49 | -4 | 0.20 | | | 0.10 | -0.93 | | 2008-01-29 | 1.9 | 46 |43.9 | 77 | 33 | | 45 | 2 | 0.10 | | | 0.12 | -0.86 | -- Anders
