The problem seems to be that if you are visiting a clocking line from log mode in the agenda you end up inside the folded drawer the clock line is on. I think what should really happen is that line should be revealed. If you didn't enable visible mode then C-a would go to the beginning of the drawer which makes sense to me -- and seems to be what is it currently doing. I think we just need to reveal the clock drawer data if you visit it from the agenda and that should fix the problem you are experiencing.
