[PSES] IT Equipment for Mexico without NOM certification

Hello Group,

does anybody know if there is any way to bring IT Equipment into the Mexican 
market without NOM certificate only based on UL mark approval.

does anybody know if it there is any way to bring IT Equipment into the Mexican 
market without NOM certificate only based on CE marking and CE test 
documentation?

[PSES] GB 21521-2014 Chinese Energy Efficiency Standard for printers

Hello Group,

Does anybody know if there are any exemptions for professional industrial 
printers concerning this Chinese Energy Standard GB 21521-2014?  For example 
printers manufactured and imported to China only in small quantities and 
marketed only by specialized retailers.
