Here is some good homologation/certification news. We recently received Free wifi certification for 5GHz product with TX power 30dbm for KSA. No SASO certificate requirements for KSA was required. https://ers.citc.gov.sa/english/workspace/pages/citclogin.aspx
just enroll your company on their site and submit your test reports and supporting documents. UAE (TDRA)also has similar certification process costing $200 per product and no sample request.
