Hi Yes the product has been tested to EN55022:1987 and I want to know if I have to retest for EN55022:1994. This product was obsolete but one of our customers want some extra units. That why I need to know the differences. Re: Differences between EN55022:1987 and 1994
The differences between these two standards is very little indeed. However, the 1998 version of the standard is hugely diferent to the 1994 version, with the introduction of telecoms port emissions being the major difference. Presently, the 1994 and 1998 versions co-exist, with the 1994 version expected to be dropped in mid 2003. I know that I am not answering the question, but the 1987 version has been dead for years, and has no standing today.
