I have used Avalon for my HP repairs.  Agilent may not have the parts,
especially if your Analyzer falls under EMC equipment.

HP did drop support for much EMC related equipment. Harmonics and Flicker test
equipment for certain.

http://www.agilent.com>.  They were once the test and measurement division of
HP.   I never worked for them so I have no further details or insider
knowledge.
