Mr. Jensen,
FCC Cellular and PCM are regulated under 47CFR Part 22 24, and the Bluetooth
must meet 47CFR Part 15 requirements, and all are subject to certification.
The transmitter circuit board can be Certified for evaluation or
demonstration purposes so long as it is not intended to be used as a module
to be evaluated within a host device such as a laptop computer. Marketing of
the device shall not be to the general public. Certification requires
appropriate grant conditions and user instructions to limit marketing and use
of the device. The user manual must also agree with these conditions.
Transmitter boards used for evaluation in host devices must be modular
approved and comply with the modular approval requirements including
shielding.

Subject: Requirements for evaluations kits
Hi all
I have a special evaluation kit consisting of both GSM, Bluetooth and several
HW com lines. It will be sold world wide in rather big quantities, and
therefore I will like to know under which rules it can be sold arround the
world.
Any answer just concerning one or mor countries are very welcome.
Best regards.
