Instead of a copy, go to http://www.ida gov.sg/Policies%20and%20Regulation/20060421172414.aspx to download the newly revised Guide (Jan-2010). In it you’ll find reference to CISPR 22 instead of TS EMC. The reason you can’t find TS EMC is because it’s been individually withdrawn and EMC requirements are now included in the individual Telecommunication Equipment Standards, which can now be found at http://www.ida.gov.sg/Policies%20and%20Regulation/20060419202223.aspx. Due to this, you should also download any TS’s applicable to your product. IHTH.
