Re: [Emc-users] EMC and 3D Printers was AXIS default jog speed on A-axis (Jon Elson)
Hi I have been using EMC to drive a 3D printer for over a year. I leave A axis as angular. I just make sure calibration is such that 1 degree is equal to 1mm of plastic feed. It works a treat. I use skeinforge, sfact and slic3r to generate g code. [Emc-users] Making escape issue M code
Hi I am using EMC2 with an extruder as a Repstrap. http://objects.reprap.org/wiki/EMCRepStrap One small issue is that the extruder is controlled by M functions via a serial port. If you have to pause or stop a programme with escape the extruder continues to run. Is there any way to modify pause or escape so that it causes EMC2 to issue an M function? [Emc-users] Estop Input
Hi New to both EMC and Linux. Set up my mill using stepper config wizard and the axes and limits work perfectly. I have Pin 10 set to Estop In. However EMC runs with pin 10 high or low.
