The only remaining issues for 7170bis are:
* overlap with EAP-TLS, and discussion of how TEAP with client certs is
different from EAP-TLS
* use of client certificates in other EAP types.
This should be only a few paragraphs. I'll get that out shortly.
After that, the only thing left is a final review from the WG. (Last "last
call")
