Moving Engagement List to Discourse
I brought this up in Telegram but didn't receive any objections. The GTK team are moving to discourse and I asked Neil if he could move us as well. Mailman is a sad anachronistic technology to be sent to the garbage bin. As well, maintenance is a pain because of all the spam. Moving to discourse has proven to improve discussions by those who have moved from it. If you have objections, please speak up. You can still interact by mail like you could previously so you won't see too much change. But I hope we will have good experience by being to have more and better conversations.
