what you can do for example is:
- start to send a new email
- enable in the OpenPGP menu on the main menu bar:
   'Attach My Public Key'
- use this as attachment
  (it contains exactly what you are looking for)
- If an attachment is not appropriate:
  - send this email to yourself
  - open the attachment
  - copy and paste the contents

secret key for. Those can be viewed using the 'Manage Keys' in the

at the far right of the table header.
