Everyone working on Enigmail is a volunteer. Unfortunately we don't have the resources nor the skills to have the website in other languages than English. The help function is localized, too. However, it is quite rudimentary. We hope to extend it in the next version. Also, we have a very comprehensive, but fairly outdated handbook in english. Right now, I'm working on updating it for the next release. If time is sufficient, there will be a german version, too. If you are interested in translating it, you're welcome! He had thunderbird in French and the enigmail add0n installed itself in French, much to my delight. But when I look at the website, I can only find documentation in English.
