The 1.20.7 is not really going smoothly. My typos in the mails, sf.net mail 
outage...

A have a new spin of these pre-release tarballs for testing. Two more fixes for 
elm_code have been added.
The 24h clock starts again now.

Its the second time since last week that I miss a mail being delivered to 
e-devel.

Last time I got at least an mailer message but this time I got nothing. 
Checking if that still is the case now.
