It is still on my plate, but we are on a time base schedule for me.
Also adding this is slightly more difficult than I anticipated (mostly
because of so many different backend). It will come, but not for this
release.

Was it? How is it that I hear the first time about it?

If folks have something that they definitely wanted in a release I would
need to know about it.

Is this still on the agenda? Worked on and any ETA?

So, are we going to freeze without the anticipated multi head support for
Wayland? I thought this was a major focus of this release?

[E-devel] Freeze for 1.20 starts now (grace period until Friday if really needed)

2017-06-26 Thread Stefan Schmidt

Hello.

We let it slip for some more things but my vacation is over and JP and
Cedric told me they want it. It about to get this moving.

Freeze in place from now on. If you have things pending there is no need
to panic. We have a grace period until Friday as this came a bit sudden.

I will do the alpha tarballs tomorrow.

=== Schedule ===
2017-04-12 Merge window for 1.20 opens
2017-06-26 Merge window is over.
* Only bug fixes from this point
* Alpha release tarball
* One month stabilization phase starts
2017-07-03 Beta1 release tarball
* Only critical fixes from this point
2017-07-10 Beta2 release tarball
2017-07-17 EFL 1.20 is out
