Well, spent a small ammount of time getting icons setup and associations

If it would be possible to crack this non-updating transparency I would

Also I was wondering is it possible to ignore a window class? I have

[E-devel] imlib2-1.1.0-no-x patch

2003-12-10 Thread Luis Correia
Hi!

To start, I would like to send congratulations on this fine piece of code!

Anyway what brings me to bother you gents is that I have altered a bit
Imlib2-1.1.0 to be able to work correctly in a X11 free environment.

Work has improved a lot from version 1.0.6, where it simply did not work.

Here's what I did, i ran './configure --without-x' but it failed i some
source files because there was no #ifdef X_DISPLAY_MISSING to enclose
the x11 dependencies.

Anyway I have the patch ready to send to someone, but i'm not spamming
the list with it... (although it is only 907 bytes...)

Please reply to me directly, am I'm not subscribed to this list nor plan
to do it for now.

Thanks again,
Luis Correia

[E-devel] Eterm autogen.sh problem

2003-12-10 Thread Adam Lucas
I just did a fresh CVS checkout of Eterm, and when I run autogen.sh, the
configure script dies with the following error.

checking for nl_langinfo... yes
./configure: line 7972: syntax error near unexpected token `echo'
./configure: line 7972: `echo $ac_n "checking for pow in -lm""... $ac_c"
1>&6'

That helped thanks - looks good.

For some reason though it is not ignoring my menus.
They have a window class of "" which is in the ignore list...

if you can make sure that you've got an xapp.png _somewhere_ in your icon
paths, than the docker will use that png for windows that it can't recognise.
it's just that i'm usually working within a kde environment (oh, the
shame...) and kde iconsets tend to use xapp.png as the miscelleny icon.

Thanks muchly,
Andrew

Alan,

I get the same results here on RH9 and Fedora Core 1. The source 9.2
tarball for Eterm still builds fine for me. Give that a go if you don't
require cvs features.

It appears to be autofoo version related breakage. Not sure if there are any
plans to address these issues or not but it would be nice to have cvs
build against the autotools that ship with some of the latest distro's.

I'm clueless when it comes to autofoo stuff or I'd have already looked at
sending patches ;)
