This problem can be a hardware problem; however, I guess the user's problem is just he used to have a PS/2 mouse on his psaux port, and now he uses his usb mouse, it is _also_ handled in /dev/input/mice. IIRC, with 2.6 kernels, other mice than psaux port ones are software'lly mapped to /dev/psaux. X sees to sections which each give on event. X receives 2 events and so on, the wheel is used, 2 turns are made :) i don't think so. i have the same setup - and only mouse WHEELS events get doubled. button presses dont. He tried X and enlightenment doc he found, and he googled as much as he could, but he didn't manage to solve his problem. He's using debian. In my opinion, it's more a problem with the conf of your mouse than with enlightenment. Do you have the same problem with other apps ? Have you tried with xev ? (you should see two events on moving your wheel : one press and one release) Did you have the same problem with your previous mouse ?
