Memory not good enough. It's one thing to whip up a set of working packages, another to make sure that they are correct and in accordance with the distribution standards. After that it needs to have the package bugs fed to the developer so they can either mitigate, fix or can them. Normally this can be the hardest part because the developer is unaware of what the users are wanting to do. I will attempt to work with the EPEL maintainer to fire off builds from the Fedora branch. This will allow them to get into the various EPEL-testing trees so that it can be seen what next steps are needed. > Cheers, > > jf > > > > K. > > > > -- > > Karel Volný > > BaseOS QE - Daemons > > Red Hat Czech, Brno > > tel. +420 532294274 > > (RH: +420 532294111 ext. 8262074) > > :: "Never attribute to malice what can > > :: easily be explained by stupidity." > > ___ > > epel-devel mailing list -- epel-devel@lists.fedoraproject.org > > To unsubscribe send an email to epel-devel-le...@lists.fedoraproject.org > ___ > epel-devel mailing list -- epel-devel@lists.fedoraproject.org > To unsubscribe send an email to epel-devel-le...@lists.fedoraproject.org -- Stephen J Smoogen. ___ epel-devel mailing list -- epel-devel@lists.fedoraproject.org To unsubscribe send an email to epel-devel-le...@lists.fedoraproject.org
