[EPEL-devel] Is there an EPEL archive?

2019-05-07 Thread James Gamei
Hi

I’m looking for an older version of a package (specifically qt5-qtwebkit
5.6.1 for CentOS 7). Does anyone know if there is an archive like the
CentOS vault for EPEL packages?

Thanks

James

EPEL has been in the past built like a rawhide where there is no regular
archiving of old releases. We are hoping to change this but currently older
packages will have to be downloaded from koji

https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=954669
https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=773143

are 5.6.2 and a version of 5.6.1

[EPEL-devel] Wordpress in EPEL enter "security mode" only update

2019-05-07 Thread Remi Collet
Hi,

Wordpress 5.2 was released

This version raise dependency on PHP 5.6 (but 7.2 is recommended for
performance, and to avoid some pure-PHP compatibility libraries)

So this new version will only be available in Fedora repository (and
later in EPEL-8)

EPEL-6 and EPEL-7 will keep 5.1.x as along as possible.
