[equinox-dev] removal of UUID in Eclipse Platform -- new build at I20160606-1100

This is the build that has the fix for bug 495484 and (I hope) our final 
build for Neon.

After the unit tests complete I will rename it, promote to download 
server, and update the b3aggrcon file. 
I plan to call it "RC4a"l

Since the tests take so long, it will be late tonight or early tomorrow 
that the new name appears on downloads server, and I just wanted to give 
this "early notice" in case anyone was building against or testing with 
the "final version", then you could safely use the I20160606-1100 build.
