I have the same cells and almost identical pack size.  Entering my fourth 
winter I would say that my range takes about a 20-25% hit in the winter.  As 
previously mentioned by Russ it’s a combination of things:  heat, wipers, road 
conditions, and the fact that the chemistry just isn’t as efficient in cold 
weather.

For comparison I also have a Tesla. Even with the thermal battery pack 
management and all the other fancy stuff I’ve found that in the winter it’s 
range is reduced by about 10-20% depending on conditions.
