Bob's method of EVangelism is what I did when I had my S10 Blazer EV http://brucedp.0catch.com/blazer/
Only now without an EV, I have to rely on EVs in the shopping center's parking lot, see http://electric-vehicle-discussion-list.413529.n4.nabble.com/EVangel-about-Leaf-Telsa-S-60-Spark-e-Golf-mild-EVSE-rage-Goog-crash-Super-EVSE-tp4683827.html ( ... I noticed a fingernail-red Tesla-S 60 EV parked in the front row ... ) I too had my EV festooned(adorned) with EV signage (less than others, more than some). Any layman walking by would know my vehicle was an Electric. One of the tricks that the 6 local EAA chapter members would do, is have a flyer box hanging off one of the rolled up windows. This made it easy for people to get a free 2 sided flyer whether I was there or not, see https://www.google.com/search?q=outdoor+car+brochure+flyer&hs=LHP&source=lnms&tbm=isch If you want to make your own flyer with your EAA chapter or local EV group contact details at the bottom, you could use what the EAA has as a template to build from http://www.electricauto.org/?page=flyers Back when I was working, I found it was easy enough to run ten double sided flyers off at work without anyone caring as I used that as a functional test of the copier after I had replenished its paper supply and or toner at the beginning of my shift. A one double sided flier sheet was all the public wanted. They could easily fold it and shove it in their pocket, etc. For EVLN EV-newswire posts use: http://evdl.org/evln/ {brucedp.0catch.com} -- View this message in context: http://electric-vehicle-discussion-list.413529.n4.nabble.com/Supermarket-EVanglisim-tp4684457p4684458.html Sent from the Electric Vehicle Discussion List mailing list archive at Nabble.com. _______________________________________________ UNSUBSCRIBE: http://www.evdl.org/help/index.html#usub http://lists.evdl.org/listinfo.cgi/ev-evdl.org Read EVAngel's EV News at http://evdl.org/evln/ Please discuss EV drag racing at NEDRA (http://groups.yahoo.com/group/NEDRA)
