I plan on converting my 1969 VW bug sometime soon. I don't think that he has a specific VW kit, but I'm pretty sure that Steve Clunn in Florida has converted VW Rabbits. He could probably come up with a parts list. He's on this list. EV West has done a lot of VW Conversions. They also are a source for the parts you will need.
