Re: Senator's "My American Story" Is a Result of Awakened-Bo Dark-Matter Body
If its junk than its junk no matter who likes it or hates it. If it is proven to work as well as indicated, independently, verified, then we have questions to ask. -Original Message- From: John Clark To: spudboy...@aol.com Cc: everything-list@googlegroups.com Sent: Fri, Jun 11, 2021 6:12 am Subject: Re: Senator's "My American Story" Is a Result of Awakened-Bo Dark-Matter Body On Thu, Jun 10, 2021 at 6:58 PM wrote: > John just remember how things were less than a year ago, even concerning > medical science and public practice of such. Her "research" was given Trump's seal of approval in a tweet, and her "research" concluded that neither masks nor shutdowns are necessary to fight the pandemic, her "research" also concluded that hydroxychloroquine is a “cure for covid”, and gynecological issues are the result of having sex with witches and demons (succubi and incubi) in dreams, and Endometriosis, infertility, miscarriages and sexually transmitted infections are caused by “evil deposits from the spirit husband”. Her "research" indicated that DNA from space aliens is currently being used in medicine, and a witch who works for the illuminati has a plan to destroy the world with a combanation of abortion, gay marriage, and children’s toys. Trump called Stella Immanuel a "spectacular, well respected doctor". Stella Immanuel's "research" has not been peer reviewed. > Now we have this in the last couple of days. What the hell are you talking about? Crackpots publish their theories on Facebook and Twitter, but scientists publish their results in peer reviewed scientific journals. And Spud, this is the second lunatic conspiracy theory you've advanced in the last two days, the first was your idea that the leaders of China were mad at the Hong Kong protesters so they figured the best way to punish them is to engineer a new deadly virus and release it in the mainland Chinese city of Wuhan that had zero protesters and was 571 miles from Hong Kong apparently in the belief that a huge plague would foster a nationwide feeling of calm and contentment. Well, said, it either works well or it doesn't, it is either truth or lying by exaggeration? Now, if the study gets corroborated then we start to ask, who would benefit from more deaths that could have been prevented? If it is all nonsense, then its ideology leading medicine, like eugenics, or Lysenko under Stalin. -Original Message- From: 'Brent Meeker' via Everything List To: everything-list@googlegroups.com Sent: Thu, Jun 10, 2021 7:42 pm Subject: Re: Senator's "My American Story" Is a Result of Awakened-Bo Dark-Matter Body On 6/10/2021 3:58 PM, spudboy100 via Everything List wrote: John just remember how things were less than a year ago, even concerning medical science and public practice of such. Or because everybody knew that the orange turd just pulled that idea out something he heard in the hallway and had no empirical evidence. How do we know this. We know because at the same time he also suggested drinking bleach. We need to be careful to remember that even the best scientists get swayed by their own prejudices, allegiances, and self interests. Consider orang man being correct in that he was informed by somebody medical and took this himself and he helped him. Consider that even a broken mechanical clock is correct twice a day. Re: Dumbest guy in congress asks if the Forest Service can change Earth's orbit to fight climate change
We cannot stop until there is something at the ready to replace it. You cannot transplant a heart unless there is another one to replace it. You cannot go solar until solar and wind and battery are ready to install. No conjuring no imagining, no reading and article on Reddit and then walking away. I go thru all these articles there, and where is the replacement sources of electricity? It's either ready to cut over, or its not. If it's not, than are we going walk off smiling even though this would kill our species, massively, within a few months? Plan, Fund, Execute, Done. Am I expecting you to provide this? No, we are just serfs in the field discussing how best to plant. For the masters of this society, if they wish to get past slogans, they need to invest, more, faster, in engineering and chemistry, physics, not so much. Meanwhile, oats and beans, and barely, grow, how does it grow? I don't know CO2 being slurped out of the atmosphere is something we shouldn't ignore. -Original Message- From: 'Brent Meeker' via Everything List To: everything-list@googlegroups.com Sent: Thu, Jun 10, 2021 6:51 pm Subject: Re: Dumbest guy in congress asks if the Forest Service can change Earth's orbit to fight climate change Those are examples that assume the existing system is working fine and we're just upgrading. But in the case of fossil fuel it's waste IS the problem. So shutting it down is what you do when you're deep in the CO2 hole...stop digging. From Rolf Landauer early CO2 absorber stuff of the 90's to more sophisticated units, often far small, to storing CO2 with limestone. I am just duly noting that Gohmert is not fool out there. Look, everyone here is familiar with bringing in a new computer system. Unless things are unusually smooth, it usually takes a concurrent practice to fully install the new system, run both simultaneously, then cut over once the software and financials are seen to be working. This is not what has been done under the ruling party since January. The thing to kill fossil fuels, or create pollution catchers, is to build these, install the same, test, and then monitor. If everything is running excellent, cut over! If not, inspect what is the hold up? Do not proclaim a great success (for no material reason) and then shut down oil and gas exploration. Do not transplant a new heart into a patient until one has a replacement heart. Mt Pinatubo in 1991 became the best studied large volcanic eruption in history, it put more sulfur dioxide into the stratosphere than any volcano since Krakatoa in 1883. There is no longer any dispute that stratospheric sulfur dioxide leads to more diffuse sunlight, a decrease in the ozone layer, and a general cooling of the planet. What was astonishing was how little stratospheric sulfur dioxide was needed. If you injected it in the arctic where it would be about 4 times more effective, about 100,000 tons a year would reverse global warming in the northern hemisphere. That works out to 34 gallons per minute, a bit more than what a standard garden hose could deliver but much less than a fire hose. We already spew out over 200,000,000 tons of sulphur dioxide into the atmosphere each year, but all of that is in the lower troposphere where it has little or no cooling effect, the additional 100,000 tons is a drop in the bucket if you're looking at the tonnage, but it's in the stratosphere where its vastly more effective. Myhrvold wasn't suggesting anything as ambitious as a space elevator, just a light hose 2 inches in diameter going up about 18 miles. In one design he burns sulfur to make sulfur dioxide, he then liquefies it and injects it into the stratosphere with a hose supported every 500 to 1000 feet with helium balloons. Myhrvold thinks this design would cost about 150 million dollars to build and about 100 million a year to operate. In another design that would probably be even cheaper he just slips a sleeve over the smokestack of any existing small to midsize coal power plant in the higher latitudes and uses the hot exhaust to fill hot air balloons to support the hose. If Myhrvold's
