Title: v1.0.2 dependencies I'm trying to build the latest evolution for Mandrake7.0. I get the following configure error even though I have installed the latest Berkeley DB (4.0.14). Help ? [Evolution] mail component quits
Title: mail component quits Hi, I have recently installed Ximian Gnome onto an old Mandrake7.1 install. I'll admit that my install is a bit of a mutant now. However, Ximian installed fine and all apps seem to work pretty well. Except, as I'm at work on an NT network with exchange, I setup evolution to access my mailbox via IMAP. This is an operation that Mozilla mail carries out fine, but Evolution bails out saying the component that handles mail has unexpectantly quit, you'll have to restart evolution... or something to that effect.
