At first I'm offer an apology: I know, this is not the bugtraq but I'm
not sure if this is a bug and ask a little help before I start to dive
to the source because I think it's a complex problem, but Evolution may
untouched with this.

So we in Hungary use central european encoding (iso8859-2) mostly. In
the 1.0.x series latin-2 and utf-8 worked perfectly but in 1.1.x series
both utf-8 and latin-2 encoding displayed wrong; the odoublecute and
udoublecute seems '_', underscore. If switch 'Show Email Source' in View
menu, they are seems question mark '?'. And at last if I open my mbox
with an editor, they are 0xf5 (and =F5 with utf-8) and 0xfb ( and =FB
with utf-8 ).

More strange if I compose a letter, I can see odoublecute and
udoublecute but the encoding is iso8859-1. ( Instead o" I can see o~ and
instead u" I can see u^).

Of course in display and composer options I set iso8859-2.

Summary: iso8859-1 works with 1.1.x but iso8859-2 and utf-8 doesn't.
Where can I start?

Thanks in advance,
