Edit, Preferences, Mail Preferences, General - when you set the New Mail
Notification, it also runs when a message is sent out (or at least it
does on Linux).

[Evolution] Advanced Search dialog - save retrieve?

2006-09-03 Thread Philip Rhoades
People,

I am using 2.0.2 on RHELWS4 and I have found the Advanced Search dialog
for filtering folder messages (at the bottom of the pull down box with
Subject contains etc). I have also worked out how to create a filter
based on a date and how to save this filter but how do I retrieve it?
I am having to type it in from scratch every time after restarting
Evolution . .

Phil.

Set up a Message Filter for Outgoing Emails. When adding the rule,
choose Match All in the Criteria section, and choose Beep in the
Then section.

This should beep everytime an email is sent.

Hope this helps.

Hi,

2006-09-03 12:01 -0700, Ronald Cross:
Hi all, someone sent me a link. When I click on it, nothing happens.
How do I open a link that is sent to me in an email?

Configure your default browser in Gnome-control-center
(System-Preferred applications-Web Browser) and restart Evo.

Hope this helps!
