Yes, it is evolution-ews 3.30.3. I ended up fixing it by deleting the
EWS account in the Online Accounts app and recreating it. The error
message no longer shows.

One interesting thing that may be related. I had one repeating
appointment on that calendar that kept replicating itself so that I
ended up with 10-20 copies of it. I'd delete the extra ones (or even
delete all of them and recreate it from scratch) and after some hours,
there would be several copies again. I could do that from any of four
different devices. After recreating the account, I have not had the
problem recur.
