Unfortunately, no. Persons in groups are not linked between each other, nor
are they linked with the original contacts from which they come.

> 2. Why should not that be done automatically?

This is a consequence of how the contact groups are stored - as a contact with
many emails :) I think that contact groups are not even standardized in vCard
RFC, so it would not be portable across applications (we already introduce one
similar incompatible-thingie to support nested sub-groups).

Might be an interesting feature though, but I'm unsure how to implement it :)
Feel free to open an enhancement request in bugzilla.

Hi,

Start dconf-editor, and set org.gnome.evolution.mail.prompt-on-reply-close-
browser to either "ask" to be prompted again next time or "always" to
automatically close the window every time.

Cheers,

Dan

PS: Maybe we should consider adding a button to Preferences dialog to allow
users to reset all "prompt-" GSettings values?

Sorry, in Evolution 3.4 the key is most probably still in GConf. Install
gconf-editor and set /apps/evolution/mail/prompts/reply_close_browser to "ask"
or "always", as described in my first mail.

Cheers,

Dan

I think this cannot be achieved through ePlugin. But we are planning to slowly
get rid of ePlugins, so it wouldn't be the best approach anyway.

There are two possibilities: either make the certificate viewer extensible and
write an extension module, or just build it into Evolution directly. I myself
think that making the UI extensible is pointless since nobody else would ever
use it, so it could probably go into the certificate-viewer directly.

If you need help, just ask on IRC (#evolution on irc.gimp.net)

Cheers,
Dan

Hi,

we don't officially provide builds for MS Windows. IIRC there is Evolution 3.2
(or maybe 3.4?) build somewhere on the interwebs, but I don't know whether and
how it works on Windows 7.

Cheers,
Dan

PS: I'm actually wondering whether it's even possible to do Windows build with
WebKit...

Hi,

can you confirm that this happens with HTML emails which have images? If so,
then you are probably affected by bug #686810 [0].

Otherwise, make sure you have -debug packages for Evolution, Gtk+ and glib
installed and attach GDB to Evolution:

gdb /usr/bin/evolution `pidof evolution`

and get a full backtrace:

thread apply all bt

Dan
