[Evolution] Format options in Evolution email composer
When selecting "plain text", the following options are available in the message composer: - Normal - Preformat - Bulleted list - Numbered list - Roman list - Alaphabetical list Is there any documentation that explains how to use this feature? [Evolution] Alternate evolution composers?
Is there an existing routine for preparing outgoing mails in a composer of the writer's choice? Both Gnome's newsreader (Pan) and KDE's email reader (KMail) offer such an option. If a similar option exists in Evolution 2.0.4 (as supplied by Debian Sarge), I have failed to find it. If no such option exists currently, could it be put on the "todo" list? Felix Karpfen PS: If this option already exists in a more recent version, an updated to Debian Etch is scheduled as soon as the DVDs arrive. -- Felix Karpfen Public Key 72FDF9DF (DH/DSA) ___ Evolution-list mailing list Evolution-list@gnome.org http://mail.gnome.org/mailman/listinfo/evolution-list
[Evolution] Typing 8-bit characters in Evolution's Composer?
How is it done? Every program that I have used until now provided a default editor and gave the option to use an external editor. If Evolution provides a similar option, I (a recent arrival) have failed to find it. If the option does not exist, how do I enter 8-bit characters into the supplied Composer from a US keyboard? It is an option that I need relatively rarely, but I would like to be prepared.
