Not every time, although I can't tell for sure, as only two people told me
about this.
I tried sending emails from my work account to my private email accounts on
Gmail and Yahoo and then opened them on my mobile phone. They looked fine
there, no weirdness at all.
In any case, so far Unicode UTF8 seemed to have done the trick for the two
people above, both said my mails look fine now, both html and plain text.
