When you say pop.att.yahoo.com.995 do you mean pop.att.yahoo.com:995 (which would be at least syntactically correct)? And can you telnet to pop.att.yahoo.com 995; just to verify you have connectivity and there is something at that host+port. If that is what you mean, try with Thunderbird, just to discount a number of possible scenarios. No offence, but it took me about 4 scans of your message to notice this, due to the almost complete lack of punctuation. Port number goes in apart box. And it wouldn't be pop.mail.yahoo.com? Did you configure authentication items like passwords and session security? Are you sure that your configuration works? Maybe you aren't setting up well your account. May be Yahoo is having some kind of trouble.
