YES!
the culprit was at:
/root/.local/share/evolution/mail/local/..ArtNewsletter/cur/1479199473.5059_7593
.fedora-pc:2,S

indeed it is just enough to delete a single line of code from that mail:

Indeed - but since the warning will only appear when the message is
interpreted it should be fairly trivial to work out which message (in
folder Inbox/Art/Newsletter) it is that is responsible.

But it's still only a warning. I'm truly surprised that this is the
only warning that the OP sees from Evolution. Most of them are just for
information and can/should be ignored.

Thanks for clearing that up.

The easiest way would be to simply look at the above file and use part
of its contents to search for the message in Evo. Use "find
~/.local/share/evolution | grep 1479199473.5059_7593" to locate the
file.

Andre tries to explain you, that the warning doesn't harm. It is not an
issue in regards to security or anything else, it's just an information.
He understands you, he's aware that you want to delete the message, but
he has no clue, why you want to delete a message, just to get rid of a
warning, because most people don't care about such output.

Language is a virus from outer space.

The OP wants to know, how to find out, which message displayed by
Evolution is
mail://local/Inbox%2FArt%20Newsletter/1479199473.5059_7593 , because the
OP wants to delete this mail.

Once again, the error is NOT in Evolution, it's in the message. Evo is
simply telling you the message has a problem. If you don't like seeing
that, your options are either 1) delete the message, or 2) stop using
Evolution.

Andre,

I do not want to delete any warnig message, I wish to fix the issue such that
there will be not a warnig message.

Tomas Popela replied  that the issue is that (*) "it's sender's
MUA's fault as they should use valid syntax for the viewport".

hence, two questions:
1. does (*) mean that I got a invalid syntax incoming mail?
2. if yes to 1., how do I locate and erase it?

There is no error message. There is a warning message though. Even if
the message is 'miswritten', why do you think you have to delete it?

My question to the original poster was why they think of deleting some
single message just because of some warning in some terminal window.

Warnings and errors on the terminal bother ME. They're a sign of sloppy
programming, of people who just don't care to get it right. They bother
me a lot. Plus all that spam hides the real problems.

How does a warning shown on some terminal outside of the graphical user

It's not Evolution's fault, neither WebKitGTK+ one, but it's sender's
MUA's fault as they should use valid syntax for the viewport. Please
