Although EWG did 1.4.1 release on May the link at the main OFA page 
under "Download 
 the 
validated Linux software stack (OFED) is still OFED 1.4 
(http://www.openfabrics.org/downloads/OFED/ofed-1.4/OFED-1.4.tgz)


Please change to 1.4.1: 
http://www.openfabrics.org/downloads/OFED/ofed-1.4.1/OFED-1.4.1.tgz
